Kerri is a professional taxation adviser with the Irish Taxation Institute and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI), and leads the Taxation department of HSOC.

Kerri commenced her professional training with one of ‘The Big Five‘ accounting practises, Arthur Andersen, where she gained broad-based experience in all areas of personal and corporate taxation compliance. After working as a tax consultancy manager with the ‘Big Five‘ practise, Kerri joined HSOC in 2002 and became tax partner in January 2004.

Kerri provides commercially-focused advice and tax-efficient recommendations in the areas of inheritance/gift tax and succession planning, corporate restructuring and buy-backs, Irish tax-incentivised property investments and foreign nationals, both private and business, migrating to Ireland. In recent times, she has been involved in generating and managing foreign property investments for private clients of HSOC.

A frequent contributor on tax issues to national press and the regular publication of the ICAI, Accountancy Ireland, Kerri won the 2005 Accountancy Ireland Annual Award for best article. As a co-chair of the tax specialty group within the TIAG network, Kerri regularly attends international conferences of the network and gives presentations on topical tax issues.
